Easy guide to accessing Downloads

We are currently releasing a lot of free content and activities on this website. Some people may find it a bit tricky or confusing to navigate downloading things, so here is a step by step of how to access our activities.

Step 1: At the bottom of the ‘Projects’ menu is the Downloads page link (click this).

Step 2: All the weekly activities are in themed ‘packs’, choose which one you would like to download. They are displayed newest first.

Step 3: The ‘folder’ containing the activities will download to the ‘downloads’ on your computer.

Click on the download to open your downloads folder (this will open it)

Step 4: The folders are ‘compressed’ by us so that they are easier to upload to our website. Press ‘Extract all’ by the yellow arrow, this will allow you to view and use the activities normally.

Step 5: When this window appears, press ‘Extract’. The computer is asking permission to make a new folder with all the activities in it for you.

Step 6: A new folder will appear, it will look the same, except this time you are able to use the documents. Pick the activity you want to see and then click it.

Step 7: The activity will open for you to look at. You can print this if you want to, save it, or send it to people.
